 is a core firstyear statistics subject for the Bachelor of Biomedicine. In this talk I will reflect on my experience coordinating and lecturing this large service subject for the first time. I’ll share strategies that I used to engage the students, what worked well in the subject, what didn’t work so well and the lessons I’ve learned along the way. I’ll also discuss my implementation of an online assignment submission requirement.
