The Mathematical Physics Seminar is our group's weekly seminar to disseminate current research in mathematical physics. We have a diverse range of speakers and we invite students and researchers with an interest in mathematical physics to attend.

Highlights in Mathematical Physics

This is an annual lecture series (usually held at the beginning of Semester 2) where our research group showcases current areas of mathematical physics suitable for a student audience. We particularly invite undergraduate students considering pursuing mathematical physics for a summer research project, for a thesis project or for their Master's research.

Bielefeld-Melbourne-Seoul Random Matrix Seminar

This online seminar series commenced in 2020 at the onset of the pandemic and was jointly hosted by the Random Matrix Groups of Bielefeld University and Melbourne University. In 2023, Seoul National University also joined as the third node of the seminar organization. It covers the applications of random matrix methods to a broad range of different topics.
